can't keep anything in!? please help!!

I can't keep good in! Either I'm throwing it up or I have diarrhea literally in the middle of eating! I feel sick! Any times? Only 4 weeks according to my chart having got ultrasound to see how far I actually am

I recommend drinking gatorade if nothing else! Its hydrating and has calories. Maybe popsicles or lollipops. Something with calories thats light enough you wont barf it up. I went through the same thing and gatorade was my go-to while experimenting with foods to see what I could keep down. Bagels and gatorade ended being my every day go-to!

You can call your doctor for some medicine. Keep I mind that vomiting/diarrhea will both make you dehydrated under normal circumstances. If your not getting/helping fluids down, it's very dangerous. I don't know if that's what's happening to you but I end up in the ER with severe dehydration when I'm pregnant.
