Working out
Is it safe to continue working out such a lifting weights and doing cardio? The heaviest weights I use is 10 lbs. I have so many questions about if I can do everything I've been doing and modify of course when I get bigger. I do T25 and run on the weekends. I stopped drinking shakeology because it states to talk to doctor first. I've been getting light headed and don't know if that means I'm doing too much or that I need to take a vitamin. I started my prenatal today so I'm hoping that helps. We are in the middle of a move so I've not made an appointment yet because I'm trying to find a new doctor.
