Breastfeeding - Boob to Bottle
PLEASE NO BASHING OR NEGATIVE COMMENTS.
My daughter is 1 week old and I've been exclusively breastfeeding but it's taking it's toll on me emotionally. I've been dealing with the decision of switching to bottle and breast feedings till I can bottle fed only but I have no idea about when I should be pumping in regards to feedings or where to even begin in making the switch. Any mom's with experience or tips on where to even begin?
