Humidifier in Florida??

Question

I see a humidifier on just about every must-have list. But I live in South Florida -- it's already plenty humid here (I personally love it, my nose and eyes feel dry anytime I travel just about anywhere else). Anyone else who lives in a very humid climate -- did you need a humidifier?

I live in northern FL and I keep one in my 12 yr old room she says it helps he nose stay moist when she's sleep

I live in miami Florida and I still use a humidifier when my family is sick because regardless of the humidity when u are inside in the air conditioning, the sinuses dry up at night when u are sick. It's soothing too when ur nose is stuffy.

I'm in Miami,  and i put it on my list and already got it.  My Ac is on inside so really not humid inside,  it helps if the. Baby is sick and stuffy

It's really more about the climate inside your house: chances are your house isn't humid if you're running A/C. Humidifiers are awesome for when he baby is congested. You definitely don't NEED one--you can just run the shower on hot and sit in the steam with baby, but it's sure helpful!

I live in Hawaii and it's SUPER humid here. My baby is 3.5 months. I didn't buy a humidifier until my baby had a stuffy nose just last night. It really helped her stuffy nose but that's the only time I'd use it, not regularly. And I bought a "cool mist humidifier" because it's just too hot here to use a warm mist one. It was still effective.

I live in PA and didn't have one. My daughter is 1.5 now and we still don't have one... haha.
