Do you eat the fat on steak?

My hubby thinks I'm so Gross but I absolutely LOOOOOOOVE when he makes steak and there's a fatty part. I know it makes me sound fat ad I don't care I just love it.

When it's cooked crispy and there isn't a huge piece of it. It's delicious and adds so much flavor!!

I can't I don't like meat a whole lot anyway so when I do eat it it has to be extra lean so I just give everything I don't like to my husband

Depends. I like the super crispy bits but not just all the fat pieces.
