pain behind knees

Anyone experience pain behind 1 or both knees early in pregnancy? This is my 2nd pregnancy, and it's exactly the same as last time in week 4. I work out a ton and don't sit still, so I don't believe it to be a clot or emergency. Perhaps, it's just the ligaments loosening already...
