Please Help! Brown Spotting

I am about 7 weeks pregnant.I have been brown spotting (sometimes with discharge) off and on for the past 4 or 5 days. No cramping really. My HCG levels have been rising appropriately, but I am constantly stressing out and nervous about it. I do have an ultrasound on Friday.

Has anyone else experienced this and everything was Okay? Or not? Please share
