So I'm looking into getting a diaphragm as a form of secondary birth control. I'm on the pill but I'm also on a mood stabilizer that interferes with all hormonal forms of birth control and copper IUD is out of the question for me. Are diaphragms uncomfortable? Does anyone have tips about them? I know their success rate isn't the best but I am thinking between that and the pill even with interference I will be just fine. Thanks!
