hurts SOOO bad

Is it normal for one boob to be more sore

Than the other? The outer side of my left boobs hurts so bad to touch or even just when I'm sitting here.... I'm getting paranoid I have a lump or something since it's a little harder on that side too... any suggestions? Or anyone else experience this during pregnancy?
