how do I make friends??

I don't know how to make friends. I'm antisocial and I'm awkward.. I need female friends Because I want to respect my boyfriend. 😩 as I grew up I wasn't encouraged to go be social, my mom is extremely introverted so we both sorta just, had each other all our lives. I was thinking of using tinder and setting it to the female side and saying "I need friends" but that's like. Last resort sort of thing... haha... help me.
