12 weeks scan tomorrow

So I'm 12 weeks pregnant with rainbow baby.

I have had a previous silent miscarriage and last year I had a termination for medical reasons at 14 weeks due to baby being seriously sick and deformed.

I have been feeling completely fine and confident until today and now I'm s***ing bricks, so nervous. I've never gone into a scan room and come out with good news.
