not sure help

Just found out I'm pregant and started bleeding anybody experience anything like this with some cramps I am still pregant went to the er my cervix is closed I have blood there and the hcg is to low so far so I'm getting results Friday the er Doctor said it's too early and it could be normal or I could be experiencing a miscarriage any body went through bleeding in there first trimester and made it to full term
