Nuvaring. Yes or no? Good or bad?

I was just put on the Nuvaring today and my bf is freaking out saying it's not as good as the pill which I was on and I do like the pill and worked really well for me but it caused discoloration in my face which I hated so that's why we switched. But now he's got me nervous that it won't work as well. Is the Nuvaring a good option? Yes or no. Comment your experience with the Nuvaring please.

I love being on the NuvaRing 🤗 only noticeable difference is that my periods are lighter and shorter. My cramps are worse than before but it's a small price to pay 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just got off the ring three weeks ago and I love it. It's simple and hassle free. I got off of it due to insurance issues, but Hubby stated that he'd like another child but unsure when. So for now we're not really trying but not really preventing either. We're at the "if it happens, it happens" stage. But as far as the ring goes, it's great!

I've been on the NuvaRing for 3 years, no pregnancy scares, and it's so much easier for me to remember. If your boyfriend doesn't like it, too bad. Not his body, not his choice.
