constapated 😭 help!

I am 9 weeks with twins the doctor has me on 200mg of progesterone 2x a day oral. I am in so much pain daily because of constapation! I talked to him about it and he basically said you gotta deal with it the meds are too important in a Twin pregnancy. It seriously is like I am practicing for child birth with this. It hurts and I need relief... prune juice? Or what is a good solution to this? I need help!
