I had an ectopic pregnancy that ended in February at 6w4d. I had a salpingectomy of my right tube. For my first pregnancy, I used clomid. I am now pregnant again using Femara. My doctor had me come in on Monday and Wednesday this week to measure my beta Hcg. My Hcg on Monday was 536. I'm still waiting to hear what Wednesday will be. I'm starting to have some dull aches mostly on my left side (the side where I still have a Fallopian tube) but occasionally it's on the right also. It doesn't hurt as much as I'm just aware of a discomfort. I'm wondering with my Hcg being so high (13 dpo) if it's possible that I could still be having another ectopic. I'm so nervous! I have an ultrasound scheduled June 2, but I will be 6w4d by that point (same time point as my surgery last pregnancy).  Could I be having twins and that's the reason for the discomfort? I can't wait two weeks! 😣
