Any hair loss remedies?

Hi ladies! So my hair used to be really thick, but over the years it's been thinning out but nothing too drastic. But over the last week or so it's been falling out like crazy. So I was just wondering if anyone has home remedies to help strengthen and thicken my hair again?

I'm at risk for an auto immune hair loss disorder, and when I researched it it said inflammation often caused your immune system to be over active, even in basically healthy people… So I research an anti-inflammatory diet and went gluten-free and my hair definitely got thicker, I.e. Stopped losing it! It's a pretty big life change, once you're used to it it's easy but it takes a while to figure out how to make it work… but just wanted to share the option

👣 looking for tips too. My hair started thinning a few years ago. I had a scalp biopsy and I have  female pattern baldness. It thinned out to a certain point and then seemed to slow down somewhat, I won't go bald I'm not worried about that but I miss how thick my hair was. I have terrible anxiety over it.  My dermatologist never provided any guidance or suggestions on anything I could try.

You should take A multivitamin and Biotin... Also try a new shampo and conditioner. I switched to "just nutritive" they have a shampo for hair loss..... It's helped my hair a lot! They're running coupons now too

Are you on any medications that could cause hair loss? 
Stress can cause hair loss. As well as malnutritionment.
I suggest taking a organic multivitamin with iron and a separate biotin supplement.

I was anemic and taking my iron has helped. Have you had routine labs done?
