My baby is finally here but a little too small

Sheerin
So some of you may know about my IUGR baby marking at 2.4 centile at 34 weeks and looking at the rate of growth my doctor decided to induce me at 37 weeks so as to avoid any risks that might be harmful for the baby. Just as my doctor decided, O was admitted at the hospital at 16 of march where the induction process was going to start and after progression we were supposed to be going into labour at 5 in the morning. I was inserted with a tube like thing that supposedly works to expand the cervix and induce labor. So after that I was having quite intense contractions that were about 10 minutes apart. At around 4 am my contractions went from intense to bearable and just when I was shifted to the labour room to get started with the real job my contractions were almost gone. They monitored my baby's CTG till arounf 7:00 am and that showed signs of bradycardia. My doctor thought intervening with pitocin or any other pain inducing meds might harm the baby and hence planned to do an emergency c-section. I was majorly scared because uptill then I was quite certain about an jbduced but normal delivery but nature and my baby had other plans. So the c-section was performed and I delivered a healthy but very feeble 1.8 kg baby girl at 8:25 am, 17th March. I hate it when people tell me that my baby is too small or weak. I know that but I love her so much and that just makes me feel like I am not a good mother :(
