hip pain
My hips hurt so bad already. I'm 10w5d, and my hips hurt so bad when I sit to long or lay on my sides. What can I do? I have a heating pad but I don't wanna use it to much cause I know too hot of heat is bad for the baby. What can I do besides heating pad, Tylenol or icy hot?
