Implantation bleeding or miscarriage?

I tested positive a few days ago, which by all my research means implantation has already happened. But then today I see this and only this, I'm scared. What do you this has happened? Is the baby gone? It's still before 4 weeks.

I think it just depends I know some people spot while their pregnant but I had spotting like that and I ended up with a very heavy period Which I later found out was actually a chemical pregnancy 😢

If it gets pink or red in color, and heavier. Then call your doctor. There will also be cramping.

I took another test today and it's still positive and the lines are getting darker. Do you think hcg would be leaving my system by now? I haven't had any more bleeding.
