UTI help?

Currently have a UTI. My first one😭😭😭How do you get rid of it? hurts to pee and im constantly peeing

Go to the doctor, they'll give you antibiotics and probably a numbing medication so it won't hurt and you won't feel the need to pee so often

You need to see a doctor and get antibiotics. If I don't go to the doctor I start peeing blood. If you don't get treatment it will make its way to your kidney and you can be hospitalized.

Don't feel awkward about talking to your dad about a uti. Men get them also. It doesn't always have to do with sex and hopefully he knows that. Until you can get to the doctor drink half your weight in oz of water and drink 100% cranberry juice. If it hurts to pee sit in a shallow warm bath and rest for awhile then try to go as much as you can. The warm water eases the pain.

My doctor told me drinking lots of water can help because it "flushes" bad stuff out. It's always better safe than sorry to get antibiotics, though many UTIs can go away on their own. Yours sounds like it is really bothering you, so the sooner you get it treated the better. It's better to stay away from unproven home remedies; you don't wanna take chances with health when it comes to these types of problems
