good workout dvds for preggo
Anyone know any safe dvds for preggos? I have one that I ordered but even after three months on the couch from nausea it really wasn't challenging. I don't like to walk/run, more of a different movements kind of gal. I do like step aerobics. I'm finally feeling better so I can't wait to try some!
