Some women don't show until 28+ wks. Every single woman's body is different. Most ftm in good physical condition don't show until 20-28 wks

Could be either one, depends. If she's skinny, then definitely showing. If she's a little heavy weight, could be bloat but also showing as well it just wouldn't look as pregnant. If you get what I mean.
