contraction questions 🤔

I'm having a dull lower back pain but when my stomach gets hard like I'm having a contraction the pain in my back goes away while my stomach is hard for a few seconds and then when my stomach goes soft the dull lost back pain comes back. Is this a try contraction or should I look at them like bh? I hope I explained this all right lol.
