Increasing milk supply?

What are some ways to increase milk supply that have worked for you??

I made a smoothie with 1 tbsp flax, 1 tbsp brewers yeast, oats, pb, honey, and banana topped with ice. Had one a day for several days and definitely saw an increase.

Oatmeal, flax, chia seeds, TONS OF WATER. I've also tried mothers milk tea, brewers yeast, and fenugreek. Best of luck! :)
