Anyone have PCOS?

I'm just wondering what peoples signs and symptoms were when they found out they had PCOS. Also is it easy for a doctor to catch during a regular gyn exam?

I missed several periods, gained weight and had acne for the first time ever!

Extra hair, irregular periods and horrible pain outside of periods (cyst were rupturing and twisting).  Doctors can have an idea but don't usually know for sure until lab work and in my case ultra sounds were done to show the cyst.

I have chin hair, gained weight(I have since lost 86 pounds), had irregular periods(since losing weight, they've became regular), terrible acne, and my hair thinned(hair is stronger every year since losing weight).

I had no periods for 8 months, that's the main reason I went to the doctor, she gave me a referral to an obgyn and that doctor sent for scans and bloods, 
Not sure what other symptoms I had because they cross over with my hashimotos
