My legs are so swollen. Does anyone else feel extremely swollen right now?

My legs, feet, arms and hands have been so swollen. My feet hurt in my shoes and their super tight, I can hardly bend my knees because I feel like I have water bags around my legs. I'm also getting serious sciatica pain. Does anyone know what could be causing excessive swelling? & if it's normal to swell a lot around 25 weeks? FTM (:

I bought some footless calf compression stockings to help with swelling and circulation. Perhaps that could help until you speak to your doc?

I know when I do get swelling it's usually from the heat so my feet will swell up quite quickly. I also have hyperhydrosis so unfortunately I get hotter and sweat more than average but it's gotten worse since pregnancy. Especially on my feet. If my temperature extremes change too quick that's when I see the biggest blow up lol

I spoke to my 3rd midwife and she says it's normal. The swelling has gone down. It was really hot that day and it got to its worst. I was also taking the bus in the heat and standing and waiting because there weren't any seats. I was getting a bit worried though

Excessive swelling could be a sign of other issues. Call your doc and mention it!

Coconut water and lemon vitality oil have been my saviors. My first pregnancy I was so so so swollen. So far I've kept it at bay. Watch your intake of table salt, but sea salt does help balance your electrolytes

Just depends on yah body in 25 weeks and as swelling goes no not really. But elevation of your legs and water will be your BEST FRIEND!!!

I get swollen very easy when pregnant. Just "try" and watch your salt intake and drink lots of water. Soda has alot of hidden sodium in it as well, just some things to keep in mind. 
My swelling right now is due to indulging in some doritos... Not a good idea. Haha 
And it starting to get hot where I live. Bla.

Have you mentioned this to your doc? I'm not sure if it's normal or not but they might want to be aware. I know with my first I didn't really start swelling up much until the last month or so.
