dizzy spells
I'm 6 weeks 3 days and I seem to get dizzy when I get up or am standing too long. Is this normal? Dr google 😂😂🤦🏻♀️ has said ectopic but had an ultrasound at 5 weeks 1 day and showed gestational sac in uterus
