Anyone being careful with weight gain?
With my first pregnancy I was heavier to begin with and gained more weight than I should have done (ate whatever I wanted and didn't even weigh myself!)
After my son I lost over four stone (56 lbs) and have kept that off for five years.
This pregnancy I have gained 2lbs so far and I'm 14 weeks. I'm not restricting myself hugely just tracking calories on my fitness pal and excercising a couple of times a week. Anyone else hoping for less this time?
