During the placebo week?

Hi. I still a little new to BC. I was just wondering if you can have sex during the placebo week or not? Is it more likely you'd get pregnant? 
Also, I was wondering if changing the times of when I take my pill from the morning, to the night. Am I allowed to do that? Will it mess everything up?

Answer

Yes you can, so long as you take your pill perfectly, on time, never miss one there's little to no chance of pregnancy.

If you want to change the time I would suggest abstaining from sex or using condoms for a week in order to ensure you don't get pregnant. If you change the time make sure you stick to it as it can reduce the effectiveness of you don't take it at the same time

If you want to change your time to take it, change it when you start a brand new pack. Then you won't have to wait a week.
