Block and delete and throw everything away. That's how. If he's hurt you in the past why give him the opportunity to do so again. You deserve better. You are better off alone than in bad company that doesn't appreciate you or deserve you. It's ok to be alone. Take time to heal before you move on or you just sabotage the next still stuck on your ex or blame him for what your ex did. Trust issues,doubts and insecurities. Take time to heal. Journal. Or seek counseling if it really ended badly.

I get like this too....just make sure you give him some space though. I know from experience what happens when they stop texting back and it tries you insane.
