When did I ovulate?

I cant tell. I know it was one of these three. Had pos ov tests CD 18 & 19. I also had HSO cervix CD 18 & 19. I have no temps for these because I was sick with a fever (typical 😒) so my temps were off... Any advice to pinpoint is appreciated...

Without those temps it's hard to tell but based on your opk's I would guess CD19
