Pros and cons? My LO is 3 months

I don't have pros or cons for this but I did my daughters when she was 4 months old. 
She's 6 now and loves them. She's never had them fall out or lose them. I like to let her pick a new pair every couple of months and I only use the click backs or the screw backs.

Have 5 girls. They all had their ears pierced at 3 months. They never messed with them and didn't know they were there. Made it easier to clean them without them fidgeting with them. They never had any problems. 1 out of the 5 cried during the procedure, but she stopped as soon as I gave her a bottle.

I would wait until older 1. So their ears grow and the piercings arent off and 2. Because most use piercing guns which are highly unsanitary and damaging. They shove a blunt earring through and they lead to more infections/rejections. I recommend a tattoo or piercing shop for it.

I wouldn't as babies grow their ears grow as well and they holes always end up being off center and not even.

I had my ears pierced at 18 months and touched and touched them and then I had to have them taken out because they got so infected. The sooner the better so they can get used to it without picking at them.
