I think I'm really sensitive to the estrogen present in plan b and birth control. My bf and I had a mishap and I had to take a plan b and for like 2 weeks straight I felt EXTREMELY sad and crazy and I wanted to puke. I feel super super depressive whenever I take birth control. I've only taken it for about a month. Is anyone else like this? Should I switch to the arm insert?
