anyone having braxton hicks already?

im 22 weeks and 3 days and i have been having braxton hicks contractions pretty frequently these past few days

I wouldn't even know how or what that feels like if it happened 😩 I would definitely start panicking though.

I never did with my first, but I have them SO often now it's rediculous! Im 25 weeks tomorrow. 
It doesn't hurt like in a pain sort of way... But its uncomfortable. I asked my ob and she said its no big deal how many I have just as longg as I dont have bleeding, cramping or pain.

Yes. I have even had some pains with mine. They started at around 17 weeks and come and go. Drinking lots of water helps!

Yes I've gotten them a few times.. noticed it the first time at 20 weeks. I'm 23 + 1 today.

I'm 22 weeks with baby 3, and mine started around 15 weeks this pregnancy. They aren't harmful unless you have them consistently over a short period of time. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water, as well as either Gatorade or coconut water- those two have electrolytes, if you're low on those they can cause contractions.

Mine started about 2 weeks ago. I'm 21+3 and I've never had them this early before. (This is my 3rd) but everything I've ready says it normal. I'm just freaking out cause I had preterm labor with my first and I thought it was just BH , nope I was dilating at 26 weeks ! But I still don't wanna be that crazy lady that's always in labor and delivery
