rh sensitized

So apparently I have rh negative blood type I already have a daughter and have had miscarriages before I have never received rhogam and so now I'm pretty sure that I'm gonna be sensitized this was just told to me bc I had a couple chemical pregnancies and I wanted answers I don't know why I wasn't given rhogam it was a mistake on the doctors part but now I'm jw could this be why i had chemical pregnancies? I mean I'm not sure I'm sensitized but I don't know how I couldn't be and I'm pretty sure my love has a positive blood type ugh I'm so scared now
