2 weeks on new birth control, pregnancy symptoms

HELP! I started the pill "gianvi" exactly two weeks ago on the 5th I haven't taken them at the exact same time but I haven't missed one I always take it at night, I had sex the 11th 15th and last night every time he came in me, I've been cramps but I couldn't tell if it was just from starting the pill, I had a UTI on Tuesday I had pink blood and went to the express care they said I had blood in my urine from the UTI but I only had it the one time I wiped, they put me on antibiotics, past few days I had been feeling nauseous and I vomited twice today. My expected ovulation date would have been on the 17th.
