I have the implant nexplanon, and am getting close to the 3 year mark for it, and my periods have been a bit irregular, but my stress level has been pretty high as well. It has been a while since my last period, and I am getting worried. Has anyone had any issues with this becoming less effective as the 3 years gets close?
