Silly question! Wondering why I always see people's wedding rings in the photo with their bfp or vvfl? I thought it was over the result to get a better view of it but then I saw one post where the ring was just off to the side. Anyone?

I just thought it was to represent the timeline of events love>engagement/wedding>pregnancy like the Facebook announcements

Not the right room for this question, but, like R said, it helps the lens focus. Some women use bobby pins or something else so the lens can focus on the object you want to shoot.

Its to help focus but people can use anything. A q tip, a brush handle, a bobby pin.. not sure why people started taking off their rings to do it
