Why make wait 6 months for fertily results???

Getting so fed up now been tlc since last year after having eptoic pregnancy but still not happened yet we under ferlity clinch but we have to wait for our results this would be 6 months as all test done in March and I phoned up and said we don't tell u results till see Dr that be in July also said if anything wrong then they would write but no letter come .and not pregant 😔and why make us wait 6 months to get answer this unfair anyone had this ??????
