Not with Themis pregnancy but with my first I bled a little after sex (I also didn't know I was pregnant) I thought it was the start to my period. Lol it was a normal and very healthy pregnancy and went full term!

Yes I freaked out. This was last Saturday.  I stayed in bed waiting for the cramps of mc but they never came. I called my doc as soon as they opened. She said "blood with no pain is ok, pain with no blood is ok, blood and pain is not ok. " I've had 3 mc in the past and lost a baby that came 4 month early. Because of my history doc said refrain from sex until 2nd trimester. Im8 weeks prego.

I had some cramping and spotting around week 6 that scared me to death. I went to the ER and they said I had a subchorionic hemorrhage which I guess is very common and typically nothing to worry about. They suggest pelvic rest which means no sex and no lifting heavy objects until you see your Dr but that's mostly so it has time to heal without being disrupted. My Dr said it's nothing to fret over. It happens to tons of women.

I had this happen at about 5 weeks. You should still mention to your doctor. When I called they told me that I should allow my pelvic to rest, no sex or exercise. I bled from 1am right after sex which the blood was bright red and after that it turned brown so I wasn't bleeding for more than 24 hours, it may have lasted more than a few hours and then stopped. Thank God.
