Harnessed by an ex

So I dumped this dude I was eating months ago and I have a new man who I'm truly I'm love with and our relationship is great but my won't leave me the hell alone. What did I do? My boyfriend has already spoken to him and i have a restraining order on him at school and I don't wanna sic my boyfriend on him cuz I don't want him to gey suspended. I've done about all I can think to do. Any advice?
