Advice please

I had my scheduled perion on the 5th a and it ended on the 8th. 2 days ago I started bleeding again it was dark brown and light and I've been cramping really badly and I also feel very bloated. I've never bled twice in a month. Could it be something serious? Should I be worried? Could I be pregnant?
