late period but pretty sure I've ovulated kind of late?

Hi I'm sure this is such a common post lol. But I'm starting to get a little worried. My periods are pretty regular usually. Like a month a part. I was suppose to start May 14th or 15th but it's may 21st and nothing☹️

But I had all the usually symptoms for ovulation last week.. so I have no idea what's going on.

Yes I've been INCREDIBLY stressed and anxious lately like for the pas two months. I'm afraid the late period might be due to something else though. And there isn't a possibility of pregnancy.. anyone have any ideas?
