Pregnancy poop???

TMI but I'm about 4 weeks along and I've pooped more than I have before I was pregnant or during my first pregnancy :/ Has anyone else had this problem or do I need to tell my doctor? It's not diarrhea or anything but I just go more.. Again, sorry if that's gross

Not sure the reasoning but I am pooping way more than I normally do.

Make sure you are hydrated
Change prenatals to a whole food one
Try the BRAT diet
If you are getting dehydrated call your ob
