I am 29 weeks and 6 days and I am having some pretty bad abdominal pain all over and is worse when I am up and doing things, I feel it just a little when I'm resting but more when up and moving around. What could this be?

Put an ice pack on your abdomen for 5-10 minutes and see if it goes away. The baby moves away from the cold, and might move to a more comfortable position. I am using this whenever she gets too deep into my ribs or hip and is helping a lot!
