Has any other moms dealt with Post Partum? I've been dealing for the last year and now I'm pregnant again and terrified.

I'm preparing for it this time. I had no one around the first time and got through it unmedicated. I made a lot of bad decisions and don't want that to happen again. This time I have a GOOD hubby so he will notice it and help me if needed. Good luck.

I had PPD after my first and I didn't think I'd have another. Thankfully, I did not experience it with my second but my husband and I had a plan set in place. I'm now pregnant with my third and almost feel like I'm going through depression now. I'm hoping it gets better after the first trimester but I'm going to make sure I check in regularly and have a plan ready. I never accepted it after my first and now I know how important help is.
