please someone relate...

So I recently started the pill so random breakthrough bleeding is normal. Well my boyfriend and I were getting into it and he was fingering me... then after he pulled out there was very brown blood on his finger. I was so embarrassed!!! Him being the idiot that he is thought it was poop and freaked out. After I told him what it was he felt better and comforted me because he knew I was embarrassed. Has this or anything like this every happened to anyone? Or like have any of you gotten your person while he was fingering you?
