Opk on clomid

I'm on my first cycle of clomid, 50 mg. I am also using an OPK to try to time everything as best we can. I got a positive on the OPK and we did the BD. The next day I had cramps which I thought could be ovulation. However, the following day, my BBT was still low. Is it possible that I haven't ovulated? So desperately want this to work, I'm beginning to loose hope.
