Strollers in sand?! 🌊

We have a BOB jogging stroller and City Mini GT. Has anyone brought either onto the beach? We're going on a little vaca and I'm not sure which one to bring. Are either good in the sand? TIA

Yes we brought ours on the sand but I do not recommend it unless you have one with beach wheels or something similar. Was very hard to push on dry sand and also wet sand. Was having to push at back and also sorta tote the front of it. Wouldn't be worth it unless you have a beach stroller of some sort.

We ended up carrying our pram onto and off of the beach when we went on holiday.  It was near impossible to push and I'm not sure the model will make difference.

I live on the beach, none of them really work well in the sand, especially the soft sand that hasn't been compacted by the waves and water...my best suggestion is a wagon that you can pull (ie drag) thru the sand.

How do you like the city mini??? That's the stroller my mom wants, we saw it at target and it was so light!

Bugaboo cameleon 3 work well on the sand because it is a way to make it into a two wheel  stroller and pull it from thw back.

Strollers dont really work in sand unless you pull them backwards pushing is a no go

Strollers are not made for sand and it can permanently damage your stroller.
Use a baby carrier instead...lots easier.
