how did you get rid of the baby fat?!

Had my first bub in march and I'm not breast feeding so that didn't help. 
If anyone has any advice on helping to get rid of the muffin top and/or pouch that would be much appreciated! 😊😘

When Me extra weight the first time ( I can't commit 😭) I was working out 30 mins 5-6 times a week just at home and eating as clean as I could. So I tried to eat nothing from a box. But I didn't follow  100% I'd always have whole grain cheerios and salad dressing 
One meal a week was cheat meal lol I lost 15 in the first 3 weeks

My baby fat didn't go anywhere till after 6 months pp but I'm hoping you'll be more lucky than I was. I was even breastfeeding and everything lol. Walking is one of the best exercises, especially after just having a baby. Drink lots of water. I bought a yoga video to do from home so I could still be with my little one and it is great. There are also tons of different little workouts on Pinterest you can do based on your target areas that you can do after your walks.

High protein low carb diet . Portion control and gym . If you're not a gym person start going on walks .
